Dr. Robert E. Frank
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
 Dr Robert Frank has been in private practice since 1997. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Emory University Medical School, Dr Frank completed a full general surgery residency at Rush Presbyterian St Lukes Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and went on to complete a plastic surgery residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is board certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr Frank is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
